Las Colinas at Black Canyon Apartments

Phoenix, Arizona

TRCCG assisted Embrey Partners, Ltd. of San Antonio, Texas with development services for Las Colinas at Black Canyon, a 304 unit multi-family development in Phoenix, Arizona. As part of our services, TRCCG represented Embrey Partners in the pursuit of building permits for the project, dealing directly with the City reviewers and team leaders, as well as architects and engineers on the project, in order to expedite the permitting process.

Residences on the Boulevard

Phoenix, Arizona

TRCCG assisted Embrey Partners, Ltd. with development services for the Residences on The Boulevard, a 351 unit multi-family development in Phoenix, Arizona. As part of our services, TRCCG performed a Development Feasibility Review, which included current utility infrastructure at the existing mobile home park and its suitability for the intended property usage; demolition issues related to the planned site redevelopment, and; City of Phoenix drainage/retention requirements.

The Preserve at Goldfield Ranch

Maricopa County, Arizona

TRCCG assisted The Ellman Companies with a review and reconciliation of contract expenditures to date for consultants’ planning and engineering services for The Preserve at Goldfield Ranch, a proposed 2,078 acre master planned community located in the eastern part of Maricopa County, Arizona.

King Ranch

Goodyear, Arizona

TRCCG assisted The Ellman Companies with construction monitoring of a new portion of Cotton Lane south of the Salt River in Goodyear, Arizona.  The road construction is the first portion of the development of an 1,800 acre residential community known as King Ranch, located north of Estrella Mountain Ranch along Estrella Parkway.

Services included periodic site visits to monitor ongoing construction, review  of contractor’s invoices and lien releases, and reconciliation of construction expenditures with the project budget.
